  • 摘要: 隐性思想政治教育的提出遵循了哲学、教育学、心理学的规律,符合了社会发展的要求。它不仅有目的性、计划性与可设计性,而且在实施的过程中需依托实践活动,由此做到形式与内容上的统一。同时,因侧重于培养学生的道德情感和道德意志,具有效果显现慢的特点,要做好打持久战的准备。因此,为使隐性思想政治教育的效果最大化,在今后的工作中要树立全员育人的思想,全面提高教职工素养,重视学生的需要,形式上不断推陈出新,并逐渐完善隐性思想政治教育的反馈与调节机制

     

    Abstract: The proposed Hidden ideological and political education follows the law of the philosophy, education, psychology, in line with the requirements of social development. It focuses on the students’ moral emotions and moral will, which has the character of the slow effects appearance. To maximize the effect of hidden ideological and political education, we should establish a full idea of educating people in the future work, comprehensively pay attention to the needs of students, and gradually improve the feedback and adjustment mechanism of hidden ideological and political education
