高等学校青年教师人力资源的储备与开发

Reserve and Development of Young Teachers’Human Resources in High Educational Institutions

  • 摘要: 国高等学校生均资源紧张的局面自1999年扩招以来一直存在。相对于高等学校 硬环境的逐步改善,在很大程度上决定了软环境质量的高等学校教师队伍建设却没有得到相应的 提升。本文从高等学校教师队伍建设的现状与问题出发,依托人力资源理论,对储备和开发青年教 师人力资源提出一系列见解。

     

    Abstract: Since 1999,the average resource per student in hiigh educational institutions has been in short supply. Comparing with the improvement of material conditions,the development of school faculty has lag behind the demand. Based on human l'eaource theory,this article analyses the actual state of sehool faculty in high educational institutions in China。and suggests a series of viewpoint on reserve and development of young teachers’human resources.
