Abstract: ccording to theory of vertical integration，this thesis systematically analyses the rea．．qon of vertical inte— gration and safe pork from trade cost．Through positive analysis of the piggery vertical integration production model of company，park and f函懈in Sichuan Tieqillishi group corporation，we draw a conclusion that it is all—win model of enterprise，farmer，government and consumers．
