Abstract: In nowadays world．the“Geese Hying Pattern”and the“Value Chains Decomposing Pattern”are the two main kinds for international division of labour between developed country and developing country．The“Value Chains Decomposing Pattern”is generalized by this thesis lately．This thesis holds the new viewpoints that the“Global Geese Flying Pattern”will dominate the“Local Geese Flying Pattern”．and the。Value Chains Decomposing Pattern”will be the lead— ing pattern of international division of labour and then the“Value Chains Decomposing Pattern”wiU contribute more ad· vanced technique to the developing country than the“Geese Flying Pattern”，but on the other hand it will endanger the industry safety of the developing country．Therefore，the developing country must carry on recreation and independent inno· vation，by only doing this they can tend the gains avoiding the losses，and then carry out development by leaps and bounds．
