从产权视角分析非营利组织公信力缺失问题

摘要: 公信力是非营利组织的生命线，然而目前我国非营利组织中却普遍存在着公信力缺失的现象。究其原因，有个人道德因素、社会环境因素、组织自身因素等等。笔者认为。产权不明确、所有权缺位、剩余收益权主体不确定导致的监督与激励机制的缺乏是非营利组织公信力缺失的一个重要原因，应建立和完善监督和激励机制来弥补其产权缺陷，从而提高组织的公信力。

Abstract: In recent years，nonprofit organizations(NPO)are making great progress as one of the three main social organizations in China．One of the troubles is how to improve its public reputation．In this article the author discusses the cause of NPO’s lack of public reputation，indicats that the supervision and motivation mechanism should be built in NPO to improve it．
