Abstract: This paper analyses education informational environment essentiality and significance for network based resource and teaching platform construction and proposes an idea of establishing shared platform of compesitive professional resource．Taking example for establishing professional resource platform of an experiment center，the paper also disCUSseS the idea of technical realization and expounds that shared platform of compesitive professional resource provides not only a new environment for independent and disquisitive study of student but also an important support to really opening network based excellent teaching resource in time，content and space．
