Abstract: Along with the development and reforming of our higher education，academic discipline has been regard— ed鹊an important benchmark for university education．Our universities have realized that the academic discipline development plays a core role in the university development．Strengthening the academic discipline is the base for creativity ed· ucation，the prerequisite for conducting hish—standard research，and plays an important role in the process of industrialization of research achievement．nerefore，universities have invested substantial manpower，financial and materials re· sources．However，the issue of the revelation methodology for the economic efficiency for the investment on academic discipline development has not been deeply investigated．In this paper，we use the in-out referencing standard mark evaluation method to study the evaluation of economic efficiency for the investment on academic discipline，SO as to improve the in· vestment efficiency。
