Abstract:
The evaluation of telecom corporate culture is the key content in building up corporate culture.But there
ale a few shortcomings in quantitative analysis of teleeom corporate culture evaluation method.The paper puts forward to
the evaluation
system of corporate culture on the basis of analyzing the essential characters of telecom corporate culture.
The comprehensive evaluation in fuzzy mathematics is applied to construct the model of corporate culture evaluation,and
relevancy in obscure theory is utilized to class corporate culture.The paper provides a more scientific and accurate quantitative method for telecom corporate culture evaluation.
