Abstract: The main task of this article is to review the pattern changes in the Supervision，Inspection and QIl帅· fine System of China．which眦hishly promoted by the domestic system．This paper tries to review it from multi—lmSles of philosophy，economics and law．In the context of quality controlling and government function changing，we conclude the inevitability，economic ressons，validity。rationality and necessity of these pattern changes．
