Abstract: To recruit the party members among the undergraduates is a basic work of the communist party’s con。 struction in the institutions of higher education．The institutions of higher education should practically strengthen the work of recruiting the party members among the undergraduates on the base of the long—term development of the party，having the young students’strong growing in mind and in the light of the new problems to the new situation．This paper investigates the present situation and existing problems in the party construction among college students·and presentes effectiVe nleasure for further improvements．
