面向多需求的管理学课程教学模式改进研究

Study on Improvement of Teaching Methodology on Management Course toward Multi—-demands

  • 摘要: 对于管理学课程,学生学习需求的差异性及其变动性.要求教师在教学内容安排、 教学方式方法上与之进行匹配。本文根据教学的两个导向和学生的三种需求,强调课内课外相结 合、理论与实践并重、个人与团队力量协同的组合策略,并提出了四项教学对策,包括:“以点带面” 的基础知识讲授;强化理论认知和理论运用的案例教学;强化理论形成过程的研究型教学;强调快 乐体验的T型教学。

     

    Abstract: For undergraduate courses of management.teaching content arrangement and teaching methodology a弛 required to match with different and variable learning demands.According to two guides and three demands,this article suggests four teaching strategies:lmsie knowledge teaching from point to a把a.c蹴teaching intensifying theoretical knowledge and theoretical application,research teaching focusing on theory forming and T teaching emphasizing happy experiences in order to emphasize combinanon in class without of class,importance of both theory and practice,eombina— tion individuals wltll team.
