Abstract: The author argues that“Beijing consensus”supplied a pattern to Chinese development model with grave defect by summarizing approving or criticizing viewpoints about it．Having taken“Beijing consensus”as an example，the author analyses the completeness，systematization，closeness of socialism theory system with Chinese characteristics．The conclusion is：socialism theory system with Chinese characteristics is the best summary to Chinese development model．
