摘要: 本文针对城市外来务工青年合法权益的保障问题，在对中山市外来务工青年权益的调查研究基础上，分析了城市外来务工青年的权益现状．并就目前如何保障城市外来务工者合法权益进行了对策性研究。

Abstract: Based on the investigation and study of the exotic youth labor’S legal rights in Zhongshan，this paper attempts to analyze the actuality of exotic youth labor’S legal rights，which focus on the problems existing in the guarantee of exotic youth labor’S legal rights，and make tactical recommendations from the aspect of protection．
