公务员职业生涯管理现状调查研究

Investigation and Research to the Present Situation of the Civil Servant Career Life Management in China

  • 摘要: 职业生涯管理逐步成为政府组织人力资源开发的重要手段之一。本文通过问卷调 查,了解了公务员职业生涯管理的实际状况,并从公务员职业目标的视角提出了公务员职业发展培 训以及职业生涯管理需求的几方面,从而为公务员职业生涯管理的完善提供了一定的现实依据。

     

    Abstract: The career management becomes orle of the important means of the govemment organization human地- onl℃e development.In order to know the actual eonditon of the civil servant career management in China to improve the civil servant ealreer management according the reality,this text gets the information about putting award and programming of the objective of the civil servant career management,exerting and observing serf-competence,the difference between the development and aim of the career,the training of the career development,and the need of the civil servant career management by questionnaire investigating.
