Abstract:
Recently, some European developed countries and the United States of America made use of the connection between the intellectual property rights and foreign investment, and adopted various strategies to lead the development of the international protection institution of intellectual property rights which had higher standards, wider objects and stronger enforcement by the form of bilateral investment agreements in the worldwide. What they did made the contemporary international intellectual property rights protection system being in an important transformation. The bilateral investment agreements that China recently concluded corresponded with these changes, but the negative effects of the changes should be paid attention and the relevant systems and measures be perfected
