Abstract: The concept of innovation ecosystem is discussed．With the model of Knowledge Fermantation，the abscne圯of Innovation Ecosystem is connected with adequate knowledge owned by relative innovators．The Innovation Ecosystem not only refers to the knowledge combination among enterprises，but also refers to the knowledge coordination with· in the enterprise．We establish four models to manage Innovation Ecosystem，and also，we offer advice to establish Innovation Ecosystem in the way of furthering four models step by step．
