Abstract: Based on the different style of the historical traditions, the actual situations, the economic level, even the iron-fisted political figures, the social securities in various countries are not the same and to be put to the test in the economic globalization. Comparisonof each other has advantages and disadvantages,competition with each other has success or failure, interaction of each other has difficulties. Therefore, each countrymustbalance the world market and national economy, globalization and localization, economic development and social security, capital gains and labor rights. It also should reform its social security and promote "Multi - support" of the social security system
