Abstract: Taking research study of undergraduates majoring in economies and management a8柚example。this pa— per summarizes development modes of foreign and domestic student research training pmgrams，and describes the current status of the undergraduates’research study，and analyzes the important roles of student research training programs in improving the undergraduates’research study and better cultivating innovative talents．Furthermore，this paper proposes pieces of suggestion to solve problems of student research training pmgrarm．
