党政管理人才胜任特征模型的实证研究

An Empirical Study on Competency Model of Qualified People as Party Leaders and Government Leaders

  • 摘要: 采用问卷调查法对 322 名党政管理人才进行了问卷调查, 通过因素分析得出党政 管理人才胜任特征四因素模型, 即党政管理人才胜任特征中品德要素水平较高, 而身心要素、政治 要素、能力要素水平相对较低, 同时发现不同职级党政管理人才在胜任特征各因素水平上存在 差异

     

    Abstract: This study aimed at the construction of the competency model of qualified people as party leaders and government leaders through the questionnaire investigation of 322 qualified people as party leaders and government leaders The competency model with four factors was found by factor analysis Based on the competency model, this study showed the qualified people as party leaders and government leaders s morality factors was at a higher level, while their physical and psychological soundness factors, political factors, and ability factors were relatively low The differences on those factors of personnel with different professional positions were also found
