论德育心理契约的价值

  • 摘要: 近年来,如何提高德育实效性已成为广大学者热议的话题之一,大家从不同角度对其进行了研究和探索。其中,德育心理契约的提出无疑是一种有价值的探索。通过对德育心理契约的研究,发现它不但体现了德育的精神实质,使得德育回归生活世界,而且因其十分关注德育主体性的价值实现,从而能激发学生的道德动机。此外,它还能利用良好的沟通促进德育双方的平等交流与相互信任,帮助实现德育效率的提高和道德行为由他律向自律的转化。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, how to improve the effectiveness of moral education has become one of hot topics of the majority of scholars, and they have done corresponding researches and explored it from different angles. Among them, it is undoubtedly a valuable exploration that the moral education of psychological contract is proposed. Through the research on the moral education of psychological contract, it not only embodies the spiritual essence of the moral education, which can make the moral education returning to the life world, but also concerned about the moral subjectivity of the value realization, which can stimulate the students' moral motivation.In addition, it can also use good communication to promote the equal communication moral education both of them and mutual trust, and help to improve the implementation efficiency of moral education and moral behavior from heteronomy to self-discipline transformation.
