Abstract: Medical insurance information management platform plays an important role in supporting and promoting medical information system. The centralized real-time networking mode and IC card-based non-real-time mode are running. But there are also some problems in practise, such as low level of social pooling, different standards of information systems, difficult settlement of medical expense in different areas, lack of funds in the construction and operation, low data quality and difficult connection with other systems. Based on uniform standards and business processes, we should strengthen the overall planning, establish municipal information systems, build data analysis and decision support technology platform, and improve security system.
