Study on Multidirectional Enterprise Cooperative Performance Evaluation in School-Enterprise Cooperation

  • 摘要: 成功的校企深度合作对学校与企业都将产生显著的效益。在实际运营中,企业方更多关注的是直接与间接经济效益的体现,这与主要职能是人才培养、科学研究的学校方有较大区别。在进行校企合作的绩效评价时,不应仅仅局限于传统的单角度整体评价,还要考虑如何从多个角度对校企合作中的各个主体进行综合评价,这样才能在学校方选优选合作企业以及合作企业优化投入产出比等方面起到实际意义。

     

    Abstract: The success of the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises will produce significant benefits to both of them. In actual operation, enterprises pay more attention to the direct and indirect economic benefit, which is different from schools focusing on the education and scientific research. Different from the traditional single angle on the overall evaluation of school-enterprise cooperation, this paper puts forward a multidirectional evaluation thought to the single subject in school-enterprise cooperation. This paper establishes the evaluation index system from the school management point of view. It analyzes enterprise performance in school-enterprise cooperation with comprehensive assessment method and fuzzy DEA evaluation and then evaluates the weight of these two evaluations in order to get the third party evaluation results. Through the analysis, this paper makes a suggestion for the schools on how to choose the cooperative enterprises, and for enterprises on how to enhance efficiency of the input and output during the cooperation.
