Abstract:
Conflict between labor and capital is an important form of social risk in current China, it has two basic features: the structural risk and the risk as a means. In its management process, there is a need to define subjects of management and their roles, and place emphasis on the management principles and methods from the structural perspective. The main solutions include the elimination of the social roots of risk, establishment of the regular consultation mechanism between employers and employees, and rebuilding social trust by real and honest management approach
