Abstract: The SMEs plays a vital role in promoting the development of national economy, but the brain drain problem of talented persons is hampering the development of SMEs. This article integrates the related research achievements with the interview of 12 companies of Shenzhen and then builds up the main influencing factors index, and formulates a certain system, which can lay the foundation for conducting the evaluation by the scientific way.
