Abstract: Collage teachers bear the dual responsibilities of imparting knowledge and educating people, who is not only inheritors of cultural knowledge, but also the cultivator of student’ spirit and the builder of students’ soul. To strengthen the construction of college teachers’ ethics, we can make it from the following four aspects: emphasizing the importance of teachers’ moral education and improving the cognitive level of the teachers’ moral obligations; improving the professional ethics system of teachers and perfecting the evaluation system of teachers’ morality; cultivating teachers’ professional moral quality and strengthening teachers’ moral self-discipline; optimizing teacher’s moral environment and constructing a good culture of college teachers.
