Abstract:
The interactive fusion and mutual promotion of ideological-political work and innovation-entrepreneurship education in universities are crucial for cultivating new quality talents who are responsible for the rejuvenation of democracy. The interactive logic between ideological-political work and innovation-entrepreneurship education in universities can be analyzed from the perspectives of value orientation, practical significance, and evolutionary trends. Concurrently, the constraints on the co-cultivation of new quality talents can be explored by addressing bottlenecks in dimensions such as height and breadth, depth and effectiveness, and speed and precision across the involved subjects, objects, and systems. Based on these, it is proposed to strengthen the leading consciousness and control capabilities of the subjects involved in talent cultivation, enhance the thought power, learning ability, action ability, creativity of the talents being cultivated, and refine a sustainable, multidimensional, and collaborative education system. These efforts aim to empower the development of new quality productive forces with enhanced intellectual capacity.
