基于DEA模型的西部地区 科技投入产出有效性分析

An Empirical Analysis on the Relative Efficiency of the Input-output in Science and Technology Based on the DEA Model in the Western Region

  • 摘要: 为了合理利用西部地区的科技资源,提高科技投入的效率,利用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对西部地区的科技投入产出的相对效率进行了测度。研究结果表明,西部地区的重庆、甘肃、青海等地区的科技投入产出的相对效率是有效的,广西、云南、宁夏和内蒙古四地的科技投入产出的相对效率是非有效的,并结合结果对西部地区的科技资源投入现状进行了分析并提出了政策建议。

     

    Abstract: In order to make full use of the science and technology resources of western region, and improve the efficiency of investment in science and technology, we use data envelopment analysis (DEA) to estimate the relative efficiency of the input-output in science and technology in this paper. The result shows that the relative efficiency of the input-output in science and technology is valid in Chongqing, Gansu and Qinghai, but it is invalid in the Yunnan, Guangxi, Ningxia and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Then it analyzes the current status of investment in science and technology of western region, and puts forward some policy proposals.
