Abstract:
Aiming at overcoming the shortcomings of the conventional teaching method, a structured research-based teaching model is proposed. The realization of the model is discussed in-depth in this paper. The model requires that the content of each curriculum should be broken down into units according to its knowledge-points and stresses that the semantic integrity of each lesson should be guaranteed. The teaching content is processed and organized by IMRAD structure in scientific papers. The teaching process of each knowledge-point is made up of four parts: introduction, materials and methods, results, and discussion (IMRAD). The teaching model will help to improve the quality of personnel training and it is worthy of being applied to wide use.
