理工科大学生情商现状的调查研究

Investigation and Study on Science and Engineering College Students’ EQ

  • 摘要: 通过采用自编量表,以随机发放并且当场收回问卷的形式,对电子科技大学的95名大学生进行了情商现状的调查,本文分别比较研究了理工科大学生情商的整体水平、性别差异及年级差异三个方面,结果是:1)情商整体水平现状良好,其平均得分3.27大于中间一般水平的3分;2)情商整体水平无性别差异,仅在人际关系子因素上差异显著(P=0.011);3)情商整体水平无年级差异,仅情绪的调控力方面在个别年级之间差异显著。经以上研究,本文展示了理工科大学生的情商特点,并通过对其现状及原因的分析提出一些建议。

     

    Abstract: To understand actuality of science and engineering college students’ EQ, 95 college students of UESTC are investigated by self-made questionnaires. This papor compares three aspects of the whole level, gender diversities and grand diversities of science and engineering college students’ EQ. The results are: 1) whole lever of EQ is fine, of which the average score is 3.27 more than the mean of 3; 2) there is no marked difference on gender, only notable on the factor of relationship(p=0.011); 3) there is no marked difference on whole grades, only a few grades have notable difference on adjustment of moods. After showing characters of science and engineering college students’ EQ, we analyze the actuality and reason, and then put forward some suggestions.
