  • 摘要: 商业银行分支机构高级管理人员是银行战略的最终落实者,提高其管理效能的重 点是长期激励问题。目前的薪酬激励制度存在有效性不足,长期激励约束性不强等问题,因此本文 采用EVA激励制度取代现行年薪制,同时引入风险因素,并对分支机构的利润调整、资本总额、资 本成本进行了定义,且提出采取当期支付与延期支付相结合的办法

     

    Abstract: he branch manager of commercial bank is the final executive of the bank strategy and the keystone to improve their management efficiency is a long—term prompting item.The validity of actual salary prompting system is de· ficient,the restriction of long—term prompting is also weak.So we adopt EVA system instead of annual salary system, import the factor of risk.define how to adjust the profit of the hank,capitalization and capital cost,and integrate immediate payment and postponed payment.
