Study of New Wall Materials and Innovative Designs Based on the TAM/QFD and TRIZ Methodologies

  • 摘要: 随着社会进步和生活水平的不断提高,人们对居住环境有了更苛刻的要求。新型墙体材料通过节能、节土、废料利用等形式,解决了生产过程中引起的高耗能、重污染问题。利用集成创新方法研究了技术接受模型TAM、质量功能展开QFD及发明问题解决理论TRIZ在新产品开发过程中的应用,从用户调研、研发设计、生产制造、市场营销等角度出发解决了产品设计生产中的矛盾问题,以四川壁宝墙体有限公司产品为例,对该公司新型墙体材料予以设计,实现了建筑墙体材料的绿色环保、经济实惠

     

    Abstract: With the continuous improvements in living standards and social progress, people have come to expect more stringent requirements in the living environment. High energy consumption, heavy pollution, soil conservation, and better waste management are a few of the problems that new wall materials will help solve. This paper will mainly focus on the study of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) as applied to new product development. The whole production process is encompassed, including the end user, marketing, R&D, and manufacturing. The innovative methods integrated into the product designs have solved the contradictions between the production process. An example of this is the case of Sichuan Bibao Wall Materials company.
