Dynamic Resource Allocation Based on DEA with an Application in Production Planning

  • 摘要: 针对基于DEA的资源规划方法没有考虑到多期的生产过程以及现有的生产计划和控制方法定量研究的不足,提出了安排多期生产计划的设想,构建了基于DEA方法的多期生产计划模型。基于DEA的视窗分析方法不断更新历史数据可以实现对未来的多期生产计划进行安排,在满足市场需求的条件下,通过合理的分配各种资源投入使生产过程得到优化。最后用模拟的企业生产数据验算该模型,以成本最小为目标得到企业每一期的各种资源投入、产出以及库存信息

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the traditional DEA-based production planning and control methodologies don’t consider multi-period production process, and other extant ones are insufficient in quantitative analyses, this paper proposes the model for multi-period production planning based on data envelopment analysis (DEA). In addition, the windows analysis procedure is applied to optimally arrange multi-period production process to meet the demand of the market with the minimal cost dynamically. In the end, a numerical example with simulated production data is used to demonstrate the model. It can generate information with respect to an optimal level of inputs, outputs, and inventory in each period.
