Analysis and Innovation of Group-Purchasing Website Business Model in China

  • 摘要: 我国团购网站分为平台式和自主式两种类型。从定位、业务系统、盈利模式、关键资源能力、现金流结构和企业价值六个方面来分析两种类型团购网站的商业模式。发现顾客与商家、顾客与团购网站、商家与商家之间存在着信息不对称与竞争公平机制等方面的问题,而基于业务系统、盈利模式和关键资源的团购网站商业模式能有效地解决上述存在的问题,从而实现对团购网站商业模式的创新。

     

    Abstract: Group-purchasing website in China is divided into two types of the platform and autonomy. From six aspects of positioning, business systems, profit model, the key resource capacity, cash flow and enterprise value, this paper analyzes the business models of the two types of group-purchasing website. It finds the problems of asymmetric information and fair competition mechanism between customers and businesses, customers and group-purchasing website, and businesses and businesses. Based on business systems, the profit model and key resources group-purchasing website business model can effectively solve the above problems, so as to achieve innovation of group-purchasing website business model.
