Abstract: During the period of the new-democratic revolution, the Communist Party of China accumulated valuable history experience of constructing learning-oriented party. For example, the Party cared of the study and innovation of Marxist Theory. The Party educated all the members of CPC to lean from the people and insist on the historical traditions of the Party.
