Constructing Contract Service Relationship between Community Physicians and Residents Based on the Game Theory

In the Third Plenary Session of the eighteen Communist Party of China, it was put forward to build community physicians service relationship between community hospital doctors and community residents, which not only pointed out the important status of a community hospital in the cause of health care reform in China, but also emphasized that constructing contrast medical reform was related to the establishment of harmonious relationship between community the doctor and the residents, related to China's medical reform, and related to the health and well-being of the people. It was required to strengthen the government's guidance and supervision, improve occupation skills and moral standards of doctors, improve community awareness, build a new model of community physicians and residents contract service, and ensure the health of the residents in the community.
