Analysis of Stakeholder in Chinese Public Price Hearing System

Price hearing is an important part of the public sector price decision, which influences the public effect of policy implementation. Provision of the law relating to price hearing system is more general, which makes the rights and obligations of the various stakeholders be not implemented and consumers in a disadvantage situation. Through analyzing and summarizing this phenomenon, the article has put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from three angles of the government, operators, and consumers, in order to perfect the price hearing system and accelerate the pace of citizen participation in the social management.
