Discussion on the Project Selection of Basic Public Services——Based on the Background of Public Budget Reform

During the period of economic transformation, the social members' demand to basic public services is increasing, which makes the pressure of fiscal expenditure increase abruptly. Under the background of public budget reform, how to strengthen the restraint to government's public expenditure and how to avoid the social members' demand to basic public services becoming too generalized have simultaneously become serious problems which the government's finance is facing.
