Abstract
The French utopian socialism Saint-Simon devoted his life o seek the social science theory from the practical point of view, and used philosophy to promote the formation of industrial and scientific system, striving for the happiness of mankind. When Saint-Simon was forty-two years old, he proposed to establish anew philosophy. The law of social development thoughts is the basic core of Saint-Simon's new philosophy system. He emphasized that the determinism is the philosophy guiding principle of scientific methodology, provided the main task of philosophers, and prospected the future development of society. To some extent, Saint-Simon's new philosophy is close to historical materialism and materialistic principle, which is Saint-Simon's biggest contribution. Saint-Simon Marx not only provided theoretical basis for the Marx's theory of scientific socialism, but also provided the basis for the establishment of Marx's philosophy.
