Nowadays Executive Evaluation for Renewable Resources of China

The execution of China's renewable energy plan is evaluated in this dissertation, according to the assessment method which is “Blueprint-Implementation”. Although the overall goal of renewable energy plan achieved basically, the degree of main indicators completion are largely divergence, the plan targets are unrealistic and the utilized structure is unreasonable. Therefore, adjusting its plan targets and exploitation structure is put forward. At the same time, some obstacles are confronted during the process of implementation of renewable energy plan, such as the biomass energy encountering bottleneck, the lack of consumptive capacity for wind and solar energy, and the disorder development of small hydropower. In view of this, in order to facilitate development of renewable energy, we should improve laws and regulations, promote technological innovation, strengthen economic incentives, and consummate the local renewable energy development plan.
