Nature of Real Right Object

For the study of the object of real right is the logical starting point for the research of property rights, understanding the property must firstly recognize the nature of the object of real right. Since the object range of real right is increasingly enlarged with the continuous development of society and the openness of property right system, much physical morphology can not be covered by the existing object of real right system. This paper explains the phenomenon of the independent and undistributed object of real right, trying to give the connotation of “object” and provide certain reference.
