Network Evolution Model of Hazardous Chemical Accident with Domino Effect in Chemical Industry Park

  • From the view of factory layout, chemical industry park is a typically directed weighted network. The paper builds the finite directed weighted network model to assess the risk to trigger a Domino effect, when chemical industry park have the explosion or fire accident. Based on the structure of chemical industry park, the paper designs the algorithm to seek the center of finite directed weighted network, and evaluates the security degree of network node, i.e., the chemical industry park's storage reservoir unit. After determining the Domino center, the policymaker can effectively monitor and then block the path of Domino effect in the chemical industry park. The network evolution model of hazardous chemical accident with Domino effect can provide the theory support to avoid risks caused by Domino in the chemical industry park accident.
