Weight based VIKOR model for evaluation in e-government

  • In the tendering processes of e-government, evaluation is the key factor for the success of the projects. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the government bid and presents a new evaluation model. Based on AHP and standard deviation, the object-subject weight assignment methods are improved by using the weights-assignment VIKOR model. Finally, the proposed methods are analyzed with a real project.
