Abstract
The current China's citizenization has entered a new phase, and the problem of the citizenization of the rural migrant workers in the citizenization is bound to solve. However, China has not a consistent standard and is lack of a unified index to measure every city's citizenization degree. Governments at all levels often ignored that there exists some spatial differences within a city when they are making policy of citizenization. Therefore, carrying out a unified policy of citizenization can not realize the identity of migrant workers change to citizen efficiently. In this paper, by analyzing the data of the 2268 floating population in Wuhan, we establish an evaluation index of citizenization and use the index to research the difference of citizenization of Wuhan interior region and the influencing factors. The study found that factors of education, vocational training, social security have different impacts in different regions, so we provide a theoretical basis targeted for implementing citizenization policy.
