  • Facing with many ecological problems and other social issues, Hu Jintao consciously inherited Marxist ecological view and put forward the Scientific Development Concept. The connotations of Scientific Development Concept are rich, including the development of “People-Oriented”, fundamental method of “Five Overall Planning”, and “Comprehensive, Balanced and Sustainable Development”, which manifest basic requirements of ecological consciousness of harmony between human and nature. It not only improved and perfected the Marxist ecological view, but also specified the direction of dealing with the relationship between human and nature in our county's socialist ecological practice.
