Abstract
As the important content of new rural construction, the rural reconstruction can not avoid farmer peasant's evaluation. Based on the data of 288 farmers from outskirt of Shouguang City in Shandong Province, interval estimation and crosstable analysis show that the farmer's satisfaction on the rural reconstruction is lower and there are remarkable differences difference in the three grouping variables namely age, marital status and income. Logistic regression analysis finds that the farmer's satisfaction for the rural reconstruction is affected by many contradistinctive factors. These factors can be arranged by influence capacity from large to small as follows: opportunities changes of education and training, income changes, change of consumer spending ability, change of relationship among villagers, change of medical security conditions and the villager's ability changes to safeguard legal rights. Accordingly, the rural reconstruction project should be promoted by the following key aspects based on investigation and research of the farmer's demands: to strengthen the system planning and design, to protect and expand the farmer's employment and income channels, to improve the supply quality of the rural basic public goods, to construct a harmonious relationship among villagers.
