Abstract
To explore the impact mechanism of resilience on job engagement and occupational well-being, this research collects survey data of 382 subjects at different times and uses hierarchical regression to analyze the data. Main findings are as follows: first, the resilience has significant positive effects on both job engagement and occupational well-being; second, the psychological detachment acts as partial mediator not only between resilience and job engagement, but also between resilience and occupational well-being; finally, it puts forward management recommendations corresponding with the conclusions.
