Smarter Party Construction:Intrinsic Features, Architecture and Key Technology——an Example of “Smart Red Cloud” Party Building System

Smarter Party Construction pioneers a path of party construction, relying on the new generation of information technology, such as cloud computing, big data, and mobile communication in the information society. It is the sublimation of party construction informationization. The essence of Smarter Party Construction is a united party construction ecosystem owning the characters of instrumented feature, intelligence, and perception, which contains three levels—technology and platform, information and environment, and party building and model. UESTC makes full use of the new technologies, such as cloud computing, big data, and mobile communication to establish new party building, named Smart Red Cloud. The system owns five core functions, including new position of learning and education, new media spreading and releasing, new circles of communication, new platform of organizing activities, and big data of party building service, which is a new achievement of the Smarter Party Construction practice.
