Analysis on Influencing Factors of Open Government Data in China Based on Interpretative Structural Modeling

  • Promoting the construction of open government data is a major challenge for Chinese government. The paper discusses many factors which impact open government data in China and analyzes the links among various influencing factors. Then it builds an interpretative structural modeling for influencing factors of open government data. At last, relevant suggestions and advice are given according to the hierarchical relationship among the various factors.
