Practice of Whole Process Employment Guidance Model Based on PDCA

Against the backdrop of the strategy making higher education more accessible and affordable in our country, the employment of college graduates has drawn greater attention, and therefore more scholars and researchers show interest in the study of employment guidance. With the constantly changing industries, education system and job market, the practice of employment guidance is confronted with inevitable challenges. This paper discusses the practice of whole process employment guidance model based on PDCA, by combining with the author's working experiences. This model focuses on practice, planning and skills, coordinating the teaching and administration in college, so as to offer employment guidance more comprehensively and holistically.
