Research on “Internet+” Government Information Service Based on Users' Needs

There exist several problems in the current E-government publicity services, such as failing to be user-oriented and lacking of unified standards for the information resources integration. In this paper, a new model of "Internet+" government information service is proposed to meet the user-oriented personalized need. Firstly, the information service platform model is designed based on the user interests clustering for the E-government information integration. Secondly, an empirical research is performed on the government portal website of Anhui province, the interest of user access information has been calculated, and the personality and common characteristics of the users' interest are described. Finally, the public services, emergency management, education information, social security and other key areas are selected as benefit people's livelihood.
